delete your account

you can also do this in the app: you › settings › delete account. here works too, for when the app isn't handy.

what gets deleted

  • your account, email, password and every signed-in session
  • your profile: name, handle, photo, bio, pronouns, favourite houses
  • likes, playlists, follows, listening history and stats, badges
  • artist chats, requests you wrote, settings and parental PIN

what stays

anonymous totals that can't be traced back to you: play counts, and vote and pulse counts on the wall. we may keep a minimal record where the law requires it (for example a report you made about someone else), as set out in the privacy policy.

how it works

  1. enter the email on your account.
  2. we email you a 6-digit code.
  3. enter it here and your account is deleted straight away.

guest accounts without an email: delete from the app, or remove the app to drop the guest session.
