accessibility

we want everyone to be able to listen. we aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA on this website and in the app, and we test with keyboards, screen readers and zoom.

what we do

• everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring and a skip link at the top of every page.
• text meets contrast guidelines; white on Deep pink is only used at large sizes.
• motion is gentle and stops when your device asks for reduced motion. the app preview video can be paused.
• audio never plays on its own. samples start only when you press play.
• images and controls have text alternatives, and pages use real headings and landmarks.

known gaps

• concert seat maps are pictures of the room; the same numbers are in a table for screen readers, and seats are picked in the app.
• some help articles are still being written in plain language.

tell us

if something gets in your way, send us a message or email hello@itsmelaudic.com. we usually reply within a day, and fix what we can.
