live voice

talk to the people around you, and call your connections. (at launch)

in rooms and venues, you hear the people near you. call one connection or your whole group. push-to-talk or open mic, your choice. hosts switch voice on or off, mute and remove. when you report someone, you can add the last 30 seconds your phone heard, which only our safety team hears; your phone never keeps more than that, and you can turn it off in settings. teens only ever talk with teens, in teen rooms or with teen connections, when a parent switches voice on.

do you record what i say? no. your phone keeps a rolling 30 seconds of what it heard so you can add it to a report, and nothing leaves your phone unless you report. you can turn this off in settings.

can I control how loud things are? always, for free. your own volume and mute are yours, and nobody can buy control over what you hear.
